Summer & APIIT

Wow, it's been few weeks since my last post. Nothing much to talk about recently.

Summer's coming. And that means a lot of super cool movies are coming to theatres as well. First off would be Iron Man, which starts showing tomorrow. How can I miss it? Tickets are booked I'm ready to go tomorrow!! Hope it won't let me down.

Assignments are piling up. Have to start doing them soon, otherwise I can go meet my maker before the end of the semester.

I've been watching Macross Frontier and Yukikaze recently. Both of them are related to fighter planes and battling aliens. Both have very impressive visuals and very realistic combat scenes, especially Yukikaze. Macross Frontier is unique as it features fighter planes turning into robots! How cool is that.

These animes kinda gets me thinking, what if 1 day, aliens came to earth? Will they be hostile or friendly? What will they look like? Will they bomb our planet to pieces? Or will this be a chance to advance our technology? Nobody knows. So, no point thinking bout it anymore. Better to focus on studies or assignments.

In APIIT, things are getting interesting. First of all, I feel like working in CIA or FBI headquarters, because security guards are placed in the main exit, checking everyone to ensure they are APIIT students. And of course, prevent people from stealing PCs, laptops, monitors, etc. Got no ID? Expect some rough treatment. Got ID but no tali? Expect shouts like "TALI MANA? TALI MANA?" Lazy to wear ID? Expect shouts, AGAIN, like "PAKAI ID LA!" The funniest part of all, the guard looks like the "MAGNIFICENT" Chelsea manager, Avram Grant. Or should I say, look like a frog? HAHAHA!! Poor fellar, last time all he needs to do is sit beside the car park and walk around, now he has to shout "ID ID ID ID! Tarak ID saya makan awak!!" LOL!! Enough about them. It's useless anyway, there are just so many exits around APIIT that unless you placed guards around them, it's impossible you can stop them all. I heard stuff are still being stolen even after they implement this security check.

Another thing, my class has a superbly cool lecturer. She (yes, the lecturer is a SHE) doesn't know what she's teaching. She asks us to present something we don't know. She taught us something that's wrong. She is lazy. She sucks. That's all. The disapppointment with APIIT is growing more and more recently. APIIT is just so full of useless lecturers these days, that the standards are dropping every year. I had one last year and now I meet another one. FUCK!! I will tell people that's interested in the college to think twice before entering.

Nothing much to write, really. Just hope that the movies coming won't disappoint me.
